Dieline files may be reused by you for this product. Resale or redistribution of our dielines is not permitted.

What exactly is in the Launch Kit?

A digital mockup of the mug and packaging, 3–5 product images, a PDF spec sheet and print-ready dielines for the mug artwork and gift box — the four files your store, designer and factory need to launch.

Is the Launch Kit free?

It is included with production programs from 500 pieces. It is not a standalone design agency package. We confirm the scope at quote stage, including two revision rounds.

How fast is delivery?

The mockup is usually ready within about one hour of a complete brief. The full kit lands 3–5 working days after artwork is approved.

What do I need to send?

Artwork or a reference, the quantity, the target market and any packaging direction. If you do not have final artwork, a reference image is enough to start the mockup.

Can I use the product images on Amazon or my website?

Yes. The images are prepared for your webshop, marketplace listing or sales deck. Check your marketplace image requirements with us at brief stage so the formats match.

Do I own the dielines?

You may reuse the dielines for this product. Resale or redistribution of our dielines is not permitted.

What if I have more than one design?

The standard kit covers one design. Additional designs can be quoted as an extension, and mixed-design production runs can share the same body and packaging format.
