Yes — cup and saucer sets are our standard format, with matched or contrasting glaze and gift-box packaging.
Is bone china available?
Yes. Bone china gives a thinner, lighter body for premium tea and gift programs; porcelain and stoneware are also available.
Can I mix designs to reach the 500-piece MOQ?
Yes — mixed designs and colors can be combined to reach the 500-piece tier, as long as the body and decoration method are the same.
What decoration methods do you offer?
Print, decal, gold rim, relief, laser engraving and reactive glaze are available; we recommend the best option after reviewing your artwork.
Can I get a sample before production?
Yes — samples take 7–10 days with your artwork, and the sample fee is credited against your production order.
How long does production take?
30–45 days after artwork and sample approval. Peak season fills up first, so book holiday programs early.
Can you match a Pantone color?
Yes — glaze and print colors can be matched to Pantone references; we confirm with a physical sample.
Do you provide export documents?
Yes — commercial invoice, packing list, CO, FDA/LFGB test reports and other documents are provided as required.
