Standard print, decal and gold-rim finishes are designed for daily use; dishwasher resistance depends on the method and we confirm before sampling.
Can you match a Pantone color?
Yes — print and glaze colors can be matched to Pantone references and confirmed with a physical sample.
Can I mix designs to reach the 500-piece MOQ?
Yes — mixed designs and colors can be combined to reach the 500-piece tier, as long as the body and decoration method are the same.
Can I get a sample before production?
Yes — samples take 7–10 days with your artwork, and the sample fee is credited against your production order.
How long does production take?
30–45 days after artwork and sample approval. Peak season fills up first, so book seasonal programs early.
Can you match a Pantone color?
Yes — glaze and print colors can be matched to Pantone references; we confirm with a physical sample.
Do you provide export documents?
Yes — commercial invoice, packing list, CO, FDA/LFGB test reports and other documents are provided as required.
