Custom Color-Inside Mugs

The inside of the mug is finished in a colored glaze instead of the standard white, while the outside carries your own artwork. It is offered on ceramic, stoneware and bone china bodies, and body, capacity and outside decoration are picked separately from the interior color. It suits cafes, retail shelves and gift programs, where the inside of the mug is seen in use.

Yes. The interior color and the outside print are two separate references, so a colored inside can sit under a full-wrap print, a logo or a gold rim. Both are matched to Pantone references and accepted against the confirmed sample, not against a screen.

The interior color is a glaze finish, so it is made for daily washing rather than a print sitting on the surface. Dishwasher resistance still depends on the exact finish, and the washing recommendation for your order is confirmed before sampling, so a cafe with hard wash cycles knows what to expect.

Yes. Bodies for this range are tested to FDA and LFGB standards, and reports are supplied for the destination market. Test scope follows the country you sell into, and the matching report is issued with the commercial invoice and packing list at shipment.

Four: 8oz / 240ml, 11oz / 330ml, 15oz / 450ml and 20oz / 600ml. Capacities are nominal to the rim, so real fill volume is confirmed on the sample. The body is chosen separately from the interior color, so one interior shade can run across all four sizes in a single program.

Yes. Mixed designs and colors combine toward the 500-piece tier as long as the body and decoration method stay the same, so several interior shades on one 11oz body can sit in one order. A sampling order can run below that threshold.

Yes. A free digital mockup is produced in about one hour from a complete brief, showing the interior color against your outside artwork. A physical sample with that color then ships in 7-10 days after artwork approval, and the sample fee is credited against the production order.

Gift box, retail carton and inner tray are all standard options for this range, and packaging is sampled in the same batch as the mug, so the interior color and the box are approved together. That suits retail and gift programs where the box is seen before the mug is.

Interior color is checked against the approved sample during production and again at final inspection, and a photo QC report is issued before the container leaves Liling. Batch records keep each run traceable, which matters when a reorder has to match the first delivery.

Book before August opens. Production runs 30-45 days after sample approval and sea freight takes about 30 days on top, so an October shelf date needs sampling in spring. August to November is the tightest capacity window, and dates follow the confirmed production plan.
