Custom Screen Print Mugs

Screen printing suits flat spot colours, logos and line art, where each colour prints as a solid layer. Artwork with photographic detail or gradients is usually built as a decal or photo print instead. We run both in Liling, so the decision is about your artwork and volume, not about which supplier to use.

Our range runs from a single colour up to eight colours on one mug, and the quotation names the colour count included at each price tier. Each extra colour needs its own screen and print pass, so artwork is checked for colour count before a sample is made. Designs calling for more than eight are quoted on decal or photo print instead.

We set the print height and the gap to the handle on the mockup, then confirm both on the fired sample. A full-wrap print is available where the design needs to run around the body, and the print position is checked against your artwork before the run starts.

Yes. Under-glaze printing is the finish we recommend for mugs washed daily, which covers most cafe, hotel and retail programs, and the glaze fires over the ink to protect the printed surface. Wash performance is confirmed on the sample you approve.

Ink is matched to your Pantone or PMS reference and shown on the sample, and the approved sample becomes the colour standard for the run. A close match is realistic on glazed ceramic, but we do not promise a zero difference against the chip. Send the references with the brief so they go into the first mockup.

Yes, as long as the four designs sit on the same mug body and use the same decoration method; mixed designs then combine toward the 500-piece tier. Each design still needs its own artwork approval and its own screens, and the combined quantity is fixed when the order is confirmed.

At 3,000 pieces the indicative price is $2.20 per piece, FOB Liling, with one print run, standard inner tray and export carton, and a photo QC report before shipment. Freight, import duty, new moulds, third-party testing and peak-season rush charges are quoted separately.

Yes. A physical sample takes 7-10 days after artwork approval, and the fee is credited against the production order; that is where ink colour, print position and glaze are checked together. Bulk production then runs 30-45 days after you sign it off.

Standard quotes are FOB Liling, with CIF to your destination port or DDP on request. Every quote names the incoterm, and freight, import duty and taxes are kept outside the piece price, so both figures can be compared directly.

Yes. These mugs are produced on our exclusive Liling lines, and design, packing, QA and export documents are handled by the same in-house team of about 20 people. There is no trading company in between, so artwork changes and QC decisions stay with the people running production.
