From $2.50 per mug at 500 pieces; $2.20 at 3,000; $2.00 at 10,000 (FOB Liling). One-position printing and standard export packaging included. Sample fee is credited against your production order.

Custom mug questions, answered
What is your MOQ?
500 pieces per design for standard mug shapes. Different designs can be combined to reach the tier, and sample orders can run below MOQ.
How long does production take?
30–45 days after artwork and sample approval. Peak season (August–November) fills up first, so book holiday programs early.
Which materials do you produce?
Ceramic, bone china and stoneware — these are the three bodies covered by our exclusive production.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. Physical samples ship in 7–10 days with your artwork; the sample fee is credited against your production order.
Do you handle packaging as well?
Yes — gift boxes, inner trays and cartons are designed and sampled by the same team, so “mug + packaging” is one program.
Can you provide compliance documents?
FDA and LFGB test reports, plus BSCI, Sedex, FSC, Higg FEM and ISO 22000 certificates, are available on request.
