Bone china is listed for this capacity, alongside ceramic and stoneware, and each body holds consistent wall thickness and a stable base at 480 ml. The pairing of body and shape is fixed at quote stage, before artwork is locked. Material is chosen separately from decoration and packaging.

Full-wrap print is offered on this body next to logo print, color glaze and gold rim. The printable area is set on the free digital mockup and confirmed on the physical sample, including the clearance the handle needs. Artwork is laid out for the 480 ml body, and the approved print position is what production follows.

Treat a gold rim as hand wash only. Dishwasher heat and abrasive detergent wear the metallic band, and scouring pads strip it faster. Production takes 30–45 days after sample approval, and August to November is when the kilns are tightest. A Q4 gift or retail launch needs its sample approved and its slot booked ahead of that window, not inside it. Exact dates follow the confirmed production schedule rather than a fixed ship date.

Gift box, retail carton and inner tray are all set for this body. Packaging is sampled in the same batch as the mug, so you see the assembled piece and not just a carton specification. A retail carton suits shelf programs, a gift box suits gifting, and the inner tray protects the body in bulk export cases.

Indicative pricing starts at $2.50 per piece at 500 pcs, dropping to $2.20 at 3,000 and $2.00 at 10,000, for single-side print with standard export packing.
