Can you deliver before our holiday date?
Yes — we confirm the artwork, sample and production schedule before you commit, and book peak-season capacity in advance.
When should we start a Christmas program?
Ideally by June–August; peak production fills up first, and late starts may miss the retail window.
Can we mix several seasonal designs?
Yes — mixed designs in the same body and decoration method can be combined in one run.
Do you keep artwork for next year?
Yes — approved artwork and specifications are kept on file so annual reorders match the previous run.
Can I mix designs to reach the 500-piece MOQ?
Yes — mixed designs and colors can be combined in the same body and decoration method to reach the 500-piece tier.
Can I get a sample before production?
Yes — samples take 7–10 days with your artwork, and the sample fee is credited against your production order.
