Yes. Kids mugs are built on 6oz, 8oz and 10oz bodies, with handles scaled down for a child's grip and a base that sits flat on a table. Capacities are nominal to the rim, so the working fill volume is confirmed on your sample before production starts.

Children's mugs use food-contact-safe glazes, and we supply FDA reports for the US market and LFGB reports for the EU market. Tell us the destination in your brief and the matching report is added to the shipping documents. A wider test scope for a specific retailer is fixed at quoting.

Photo print and cartoon print are both available on this line, alongside name print and color glaze. Artwork is checked against the printable area of the body you choose, and print colors are matched to your Pantone references on a physical sample. The approved sample is the acceptance standard for the run.

Yes. Names are printed one by one from the list you supply, so each mug in the same order can read a different child's name. Personalized programs carry a minimum quantity per name, which we confirm once you send the name list and settle on the body.

Drop testing is part of the written QC plan, and the bodies are fired ceramic, stoneware or bone china. Cartoon and name prints fall under the decoration types we specify for daily use, and batch records stay traceable if a retail partner reports an issue later.

Yes, as long as the body and the decoration method stay the same. Mixed designs and colors count together toward the 500-piece tier, so a retail range of several cartoon designs can run in one production batch. Each design still needs its own artwork approval before sampling.

A free digital mockup comes back about one hour after a complete brief. The physical sample ships 7–10 days after artwork approval, and the sample fee is credited against the production order. You can review the print, the handle and the gift box before committing to the run.

Production takes 30–45 days after sample approval, and capacity is tightest from August to November. Sea freight adds about 30 days, so a December retail date means approving samples before the peak and fixing the production slot in writing. Book as early as your artwork allows.

Indicative pricing is $2.50 per piece at 500 pieces, FOB Liling, covering one print decoration from single color to eight-color full wrap, standard export packaging, the digital mockup and a pre-shipment photo QC report. Freight, import duties, new molds and third-party testing are quoted separately. Tiers step down at 3,000 and 10,000 pieces, and CIF or DDP terms are available on request.

Yes. Gift box, retail carton and a safety inner tray are all standard for this line. Printed sleeves or FSC-certified board can be added on request, and packaging is sampled with the mug so tray fit and box print are approved together.
