What is the largest jumbo mug size?
Up to 30oz in our standard range; larger bodies can be developed for a program.
Are jumbo mugs suitable for shipping?
Yes — we recommend an inner tray and retail carton for jumbo bodies to protect handles in transit.
Can I mix designs to reach the 500-piece MOQ?
Yes — mixed designs and colors can be combined to reach the 500-piece tier, as long as the body and decoration method are the same.
What decoration methods do you offer?
Print, decal, gold rim, relief, laser engraving and reactive glaze are available; we recommend the best option after reviewing your artwork.
Can I get a sample before production?
Yes — samples take 7–10 days with your artwork, and the sample fee is credited against your production order.
How long does production take?
30–45 days after artwork and sample approval. Peak season fills up first, so book holiday programs early.
Can you match a Pantone color?
Yes — glaze and print colors can be matched to Pantone references; we confirm with a physical sample.
Do you provide export documents?
Yes — commercial invoice, packing list, CO, FDA/LFGB test reports and other documents are provided as required.
