Questions about private label mugs
Will you keep our program confidential?
Yes — we work under NDA for private-label programs and do not display client artwork without permission.
Can you print barcodes and labels?
Yes — barcodes, labels and retail packaging can be produced and applied as part of the packing process.
Can I mix designs to reach the 500-piece MOQ?
Yes — mixed designs and colors can be combined to reach the 500-piece tier, as long as the body and decoration method are the same.
Can I get a sample before production?
Yes — samples take 7–10 days with your artwork, and the sample fee is credited against your production order.
How long does production take?
30–45 days after artwork and sample approval. Peak season fills up first, so book seasonal programs early.
Can you match a Pantone color?
Yes — glaze and print colors can be matched to Pantone references; we confirm with a physical sample.
Do you provide export documents?
Yes — commercial invoice, packing list, CO, FDA/LFGB test reports and other documents are provided as required.
Can you handle packaging and labeling?
Yes — gift boxes, inner trays, retail cartons and labels are produced and packed by the same team.
