Size questions
Is capacity measured to the rim?
Yes — quoted capacities are nominal to the rim; the exact fill volume can be confirmed before sampling.
Can the same design be made in several sizes?
Yes — the same artwork can be applied across sizes where the tooling allows, usually with separate samples.
Which size sells best in retail?
11oz and 16oz are the most common retail sizes; 15oz is strong for café and premium retail.
Do you make sizes below 8oz?
Yes — 2–6oz espresso and milk mugs are produced as separate product programs and are not part of this 8–20oz category.
Can I mix designs to reach the 500-piece MOQ?
Yes — mixed designs and colors can be combined in the same body and decoration method to reach the 500-piece tier.
Can I get a sample before production?
Yes — samples take 7–10 days with your artwork, and the sample fee is credited against your production order.
